I want to do a 4 1/2 because no on is perfect, but since I couldn't, I did a 5. Zach Becker is very knowledgeable, and Team Logic IT in Westchester Ohio has done hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of projects with us over the last 2 years that I have been back to work. I have a phrase for them--they learn hard! That means we roll out projects in the smallest 4 man office, they learn from that experience and we move on to the larger offices and the projects go very smoothly. Most recently we have undertaken a security assessment. They are partners at the table and the outside company doing the assessment is very pleased with the results so far. If you want an outside service that will partner with you, look to Zach Becker, Roma Patel and Team Logic IT Westchester Ohio. Nice job guys!

Thomas was very helpful getting my computers and router up and running, as well as making sure my data was secure. I am not really good with all the finer points of making sure everything was synced up but he was able to help walk me through the basics and make sure I knew what I was doing before he was finished.

Zach was able to get me up and running on a new PC quickly and with very little disruption to my workflow. He seamlessly moved all my passwords, made my machine more secure, and even set things up according to MY preferences, not how he felt they should be. It is refreshing to be able to a) effectively communicate back and forth with folks in the IT realm and b) have your issues solved efficiently. Plus, Zach is very personable (a bonus in this field!).
