I wanted to share my transition experience with TeamLogic IT.  We began looking for a new IT company after having issues with our last company not responding timely to help desk items and no proactive approach.  TeamLogic IT has been great, with Zach and Roma being great to work with, responsive and proactive.  They made the transition to a new provider seamless.  All help desk calls resolve daily with timely follow up.  I appreciate the way they resolve issues and proactively prevent problems.  They now are working on our up-front scanning and prevention of cyber ware or malware.  As well as keeping up on industry call.

We switched our IT support service to TeamLogic IT and we have been extremely pleased with both the service and the support.  Our previous provider was sort of “pay as you go” and when TeamLogic IT came in for a survey I was astounded at the potential gaps in our security and the lack of updates to our server.  We were paying for back up service and for consultation on our system and we were not getting that consultation.  We are paying more but we are getting so much more.  In this day of system hacking, our management team decided this was the right path for us.  We get monthly reports on our system and we know that someone is always watching over our security.  We made the right decision.
