Koren Flint is the owner and operational leader of TeamLogic IT in Virginia Beach, where she helps local businesses strengthen their technology, cybersecurity, operational resilience, and long-term growth. She brings more than 20 years of experience across customer experience, lifecycle services, managed services, professional services, project management, proposal operations, and business operations. She most recently held a leadership role at a large IT solutions and services company, where she focused on strengthening operational performance, improving the customer journey, and delivering consistent support throughout the technology lifecycle. Earlier in her career, Koren supported Pentagon operations following the September 11 attacks and received a Certificate of Appreciation for contributions related to Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Towson University and professional credentials including ITIL 4 Foundation, AWS Business and Technical Professional, and Cisco Customer Success Manager certifications. As TeamLogic IT Virginia Beach’s MSP Level 3 Technician, Meagan provides technical support and IT services to small and medium-sized businesses across systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and client support. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Cyber and Information Security Technology from ECPI University and holds the CompTIA Security+ certification. Security+ covers threats, vulnerabilities, network protection, access control, incident response, and risk management. Meagan also served as an officer in the ECPI Ethical Hacking Club and participated in cybersecurity competitions including the National Cyber League, Cyber Mania, and Cyber Forge. These activities placed her in realistic scenarios where she identified vulnerabilities, analyzed networks, defended systems, and solved technical problems. That experience helps her consider both how technology should work and how weaknesses may be discovered or exploited. Meagan also brings a valuable nontraditional background to client discovery and support. Before joining TeamLogic IT, she worked in e-commerce and digital merchandising for Dollar Tree, wrote and edited digital product content, trained other writers, and spent more than seven years in community and public-safety journalism. That experience strengthened her research, interviewing, documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination—skills that help her ask better questions, capture how a business actually works, and explain technical findings clearly.
