I had a great experience with TeamLogicIT in Torrance. Before TeamLogic, my employer at the time (hi-tech small company) was working with a large and mostly unresponsive IT firm. The transition to TeamLogic was easy and their great level of support, responsiveness and quality of service was immediately evident when compared to our previous IT provider. Myself and my team at the time, a group of engineers that while knowledgeable in computers were by no means IT professionals, were probably the hardest customer to please. Used to have to deal with IT issues on our own due to the mostly absent IT provider, felt at ease once TeamLogic took over. We finally were able to focus more on our actual engineering work, rather than waste time with IT issues as TeamLogic successfully and confidently resolved them.

The local team is terrific. They respond to requests within minutes and they're all knowledgeable and professional. We recently moved to a larger office and they were available over the weekend to get us up and running for business Monday morning. Gio was on site Monday early to deal with any and all technology issues. It was a great help!

The "Team" at TeamLogic IT is top notch!! They manage and solve issues when they arise quickly and efficiently ensuring our business operations stay live with minimal downtime. Communication is a major aspect which separates TLIT from other vendors in the past. They keep us informed, updated, and protected against threats that exist in the cyberworld today. Just today, our local network was down before a major meeting with top executives and they were able to get us back up and running right before the meeting was set to commence. Saved the day and prevented a major debacle from occurring because we didn't have to reschedule due to down equipment. Cannot give a better shout out to JM and his team over there in Torrance, CA. Josh and his team are fantastic: super helpful, patient, kind, and fast! I so appreciate the tone the team took with me as I muddled through a new assignment as the tech liaison. I was out of my element and they were all extremely helpful and patient. If they ever got frustrated, I never saw it. TL also provides proactive insights on our tech needs: forecasting hardware needs, always providing alternatives to out-of-pocket expenses, and showing us how to use the tools we have to maximum effect. Highly recommend.
