The team is like the Avengers of tech support—except with more coffee and fewer capes. Whenever something goes wrong (and let’s be honest, it always does), I don’t panic anymore. I just send an email, and BAM, they swoop in faster than you can say "server crash." They don’t just solve problems, they explain them in a way that even I, someone who once thought HTML was a sandwich, can understand. Highly recommend this team. Not only are they brilliant, but their customer service is top-notch. Plus, they make sure that your systems are so secure, even the NSA is jealous. We’ve been a customer of TeamLogic for several years. We switched to them because we needed someone who had the resources and service to handle our growing IT infrastructure. There were able to determine our needs and provide recommendations for our continued growth. We recently moved to a new, considerably larger building. The were able to coordinate the installation of everything we needed for our expanded requirements and were right on top of all aspects of our IT needs. The have always been very responsive, they answer the phone (always) and send someone out quickly if they can’t fix our issues remotely. I would highly recommend this team for a full service IT provider.

If you are looking for a group of IT guys this is it!! TeamLogic IT can literally help with anything. No job is to small for them. Great customer service and I have never had to wait for somebody to call me back or wait for a phone call. This team is very professional, and responsive.
