I have had a great experience working with the Scottsdale Team Logic IT division to manage both my business IT needs and personal. I have referred their services to my Wife's business and she has seen the same level of care and time savings. On the personal side, I place a high value on my time and being able to pass off networking and security administration to a trusted partner like Team Logic has been a great time saver and they have not only helped keep everything working but also identified issues and improved my home WiFi performance. On the business side, they have completely taken over the IT administration for my company. The cost and value for the services rendered is excellent and being able to get new employees onboarded without worrying about the PC and software setup side of things is great. They administer a full Virtual PC environment that they built for the company which has proven a great upgrade to using and managing physical PCs especially in a remote work world. We recently switched to a full VoIP phone build that Team Logic oversaw and got going without any issues as we moved away from our old provider. Our clients and contractors did not even notice the phone system switch occurred which is the best compliment I can give on a full operational change like this. I highly recommend their services for both time savings and cost savings on the business side of things. They have a full team of capable members that are very competent and educated in IT Administration and stay on top of the latest trends and know their stuff.

I have been extremely happy with the services provided by Team Logic IT at OdySea Aquarium in Scottsdale, Arizona. Alejandro “Dro” Araiza provides excellent service every day. Not only does he immediately address the numerous IT requests I have, he also makes helpful suggestions on how I can work more efficiently. Alejandro recommends equipment that can enable my team to be more productive and follows through with the directors to ensure my team has what it needs. He has assisted my team by setting up computers and phones; adding signatures with the appropriate logo and links to our email; installing programs; getting authorization to unblock websites that are necessary for our research at work; and solving issues with email, internet browsers, Excel, and Microsoft 365. Alejandro set up my email address on the device address book of the copier so I can easily scan and email. He also set up an additional monitor for me so I can clone or extend my digital work area. He follows through on projects and help requests and politely reminds me of tasks I started and need to finish. Alejandro is such a valuable asset to our team! I have truly come to depend on his skills, knowledge and helpfulness. Not only is Alejandro excellent at setting up computer systems, troubleshooting, and assisting us with seemingly endless IT needs, he does all of this with a friendly attitude and cheerful disposition. Alejandro has my deepest thanks and highest recommendations.

Jim, Jordan & everyone else at TeamLogic IT are nothing but 1st class. There is no IT question or problem that they can't handle, they work fast and are overall great guys! I have been in business over 34 years and I have never worked with a more knowledgeable team.
