Thank you Team Logic, you have come to the rescue onece again. I have a zoom presentation due tomorrow and my microphone was not working. I had been dealing with this for a while and nobody had been able to figure the cause. Danny was very helpful and quickly figure it out, it turns out the microphone was disabled, LOL I couldn't help but laugh. Thanks Danny! :)

Aubrey Taylor I need to share my recent experience with Team Logic and their representative Aubrey Taylor, First know that I am a 68 year old with zero computer savvy and an enormous amount of Technical Fear. I was facing the opportunity of setting up a home office and just as I had feared, the promises of "Plug and Play" were greatly exaggerated. After working with Tmobile on the internetside, and HP on the printer side, and my office on the computer side, my biggest question was hanging myself or a self inflicted gunshot to the head. Suddenly Aubrey Taylor contacts me, which ultimately has led to my ability to email (on my computer) scan and copy on my Printer, and ultimately transmit on my internet this 5 star review of Aubrey. Patiently, methodically, open mindedly, did I say patiently? and efficiently, went through each of my set-up and operational issues with style and skill rarely seen in this age. We have a small business with 6 computer stations. it always seems to be a challenge getting the network smooth if we change anything. We've used Team Logic for the last few years and they have been great! I honestly didn't think it could get much better until I had the privilege of working with William yesterday! He was incredibly knowledgeable, worked quickly to resolve my issues and was incredibly patient and kind. Today he phoned to follow up and make sure everything was still working. In a day and time where customer service is seriously lacking I am happy to say that is not the case with William! Above and beyond! This guy deserves a raise!!!! Phenomenal!

Gabriel is an absolute gem! He came out today to help our office at Jack's install new monitors. From start to finish the process was seamless and efficient. Gabriel also noticed that one of the new monitors we had ordered from Costco had some slight damage to the frame, so we plan on returning it and may be contacting you guys again once it's received. The company I work for and I have been with Team Logic for as long as I can remember and every time we've received such great service. We normally have Sanford help us out who we all love, but i recently I got to work with William and he was so sweet and patient. He helped me get everything going and went out of his way to explain what was going on, and even did a few extra things while he was at it. I had trouble after I was hired connecting my printer to the laptop, accessing the server, and other misc. IT issues. William was very helpful and patient taking many steps to troubleshoot/figure out the details; he took the time to make sure when we were finished everything was up and running!
