I called TeamLogic IT for help with a complete system upgrade for my company. The computers were seven to nine years old with outdated network cards and everything was running slower. TeamLogic IT helped us get three new desktop computers and installed upgraded software. We put the computers on their proactive monitoring program. Although we have an on-staff IT support team at our headquarters in Berkeley, California, there are many times when we need on-site support to handle our day-to-day needs. When I joined the company, I was the designated computer support guy for this office. As we grew we outsourced our IT with a few local companies with mixed results. But once I found TeamLogic IT I was impressed from the start. They are professional, show up when they say they will, return phone calls and keep us in the loop.
