With over 25 years in technology leadership, Jason brings enterprise-level strategy to local businesses that need practical, secure, and scalable IT support.
Jason Esch is a dynamic and accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in building and leading highly motivated teams, driving innovation across diverse industry segments. He has a keen ability to optimize business performance through practical application of technology strategy. Jason has demonstrated success in implementing scalable technology solutions, modernizing IT operations, and reducing technical debt to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings. He thrives on partnering with his stakeholders to solve shared challenges and is committed to providing differentiating products and services to promote business growth. As a franchise owner he aims to ensure his clients can be the very best versions of themselves. Jason honed his passion for promoting a technology enabled business throughout his tenure at FedEx Corporation. He spent over 20 years learning different aspects of the business and held a variety of diverse leadership roles. This culminated with his role as Vice President of Technology Services where he provided strategic leadership and direction to 400+ team members. He fostered an environment of agility and innovation by driving acceleration of several new products and services aimed at transforming the company’s shipping and logistics capabilities.

After nearly 14 years as a dynamic and innovative leader in the fast-paced travel industry, I left a job I loved in pursuit of my passion - delivering big results to small businesses through the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives that help them connect with their customers. it is my passion to act as the marketing arm for small businesses, with a niche in the hospitality industry. As an independent consultant, I provide marketing planning, brand development, website development, advertising, promotions and public relations strategies to small businesses.
Sebastian brings a wealth of experience supporting complex IT environments, including expertise in server management, networking, and system troubleshooting. But what truly distinguishes him is his people-first approach—he's passionate about solving technical challenges in ways that build trust and empower our business partners. Having worked in both managed services and enterprise environments, Sebastian is known for his reliability, clear communication, and collaborative spirit. His philosophy aligns perfectly with our mission of being your trusted IT partner, and his addition reflects our growth commitment to better serve you. Outside of work, Sebastian is a proud husband and father of two, a car enthusiast, and someone who loves adventure, movies, and exploring new places.
