Ok! Let's talk about the AI bot that ghosted me... My external hard drive died, and the stupid AI Bot decided not to respond to me.. This made me very frustrated! But! I didn't sit back and take no for an answer because I knew an outstanding IT guy named Scott! I called Scott. He took the time to figure out the problem. He asked his coworkers what software would help revive my external hard drive! He found a solution! Together, we recovered over 90,000+ files within 7 hours! I am extremely grateful for all of this hard work! Please give this man a raise!! He does everything he can to fix any issue that I bring to him. Trust me, I have some challenging issues.
