I recently received support from Jeremy Goldberg (TeamLogic). Jeremy did a tremendous job assisting me throughout the process - even though I needed to cancel and re-arrange several appointments with him. He was always courteous and extremely accommodating. Jeremy took the time to walk me through the set up process as well as provided me helpful hints (e.g., password management apps, system short cuts, etc.). He has an extremely courteous delivery style which put me at ease as I was dealing with the effects of a winter storm and struggling to get/keep my applications up and running. What I really appreciated was that Jeremy summarized each set up process point to ensure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Overall...an informative and pleasant experience. TeamLogicIT has been our IT support provider for a little over a year and a half. We have been very happy with their team's knowledge and response to our technical issues. Their staff are very patient and take the time to explore a user problem and resolve it. Tim Kim has worked with me on numerous problems related to Virus protection and Office 365. His knowledge of both of those applications is extensive.

Just spent an hour on the phone with Jeremy Goldberg. I was given a MAC with no training....have been a "PC User" my entire life (until now). Needless to say, I was stressing out due to unfamiliarity and having to re-wire my brain. In addition, I had the challenge of not losing all my contacts and notes (from exchange contacts) and getting this information to communicate with my I-Cloud account...which I was not able to have work. STRESSED to say the least! With that said, spent this past hour with Jeremy from TeamLogic IT and I can honestly say i am pumped to be a MAC user and all my contacts are now imported on ICLOUD. Jeremy has such a calm way about him. Super savvy with IT and dealing with an IT challenged guy like me....honestly, this has been the best support and customer experience I have experienced in my 15-years in sales and working with IT teams and transitioning to new applications, etc. Thank you Jeremy....greatly appreciated!

I have been working with Team logic for over a little over a year now. They are always able to resolve any issues I have in timely and efficiently. They provide knowledgeable advise on upcoming projects. My Main point of contact it Timothy Kim. He is always willing to help me out when problems arise and works with me to resolve all issues.

Knowledgeable, helpful, responsive. TeamLogic has upgraded our information security and our infrastructure, and they've helped train our users (large range of ages, use cases, and technical proficiency) on best practices. Tim quickly assesses and solves issues as tickets are submitted, and he is also on site a couple of times per week (essentially IT office hours) to offer fast, informal assistance. We've had a great experience with TeamLogic, thanks guys.
