Plano TeamLogic IT completely exceeded my expectations. My administrative assistants' home PC apparently had been hacked. I met a TeamLogic employee in Plano, gave him the PC. TeamLogic IT helped my office with an issue of a RAID backup crashing. They were able to get some of the information off of it, as well as patiently helped me create a stable environment for the RAID. They also went through our network settings to help me keep everything up-to-date. I highly recommend the group. They helped my stress level and kept checking on me to see if we needed anything else. The entire team at TeamLogic IT, have been so great to work with. They have worked with our firm for less than a year and we have felt like family quickly. Mo, Kevin and Joseph take the time to solve any issues that we stumble on and walk us through the process with ease. We had TeamLogicIT come by and move our computers from one office to another. The owner came out promptly to give us a quote and schedule an install date. Kevin the tech showed up on time and within 2 hours, everything was up and running with no problems! He even gave us some pointers how to clean up our computers, recommended some free software, etc. We will definitive be using them again! They were very reasonably priced as well!
