I very much appreciate the 2 scheduled hours on site each Friday and the immediate unscheduled site visit to address our WIFI issue. The site visit has been valuable for you to learn our system and resolve issues quickly. Advising on moving to the QB remote server provider was also helpful. Keeping goals in front of management and pushing in the direction of best practices has enabled us to move more quickly to a better setup. Cyber insurance vendor was extremely helpful, we are binding coverage. From where we started, we are far better prepared and continue to move forward with our upgrades.

TeamLogic IT was an absolute life saver! Working with Scott Vincent was so easy and he did a quick turn around. We had a call center with a station down. He sent someone to look that day and it had it scheduled for repair the following morning. Brice, was in and out within an hour and had our people back up and running! TeamLogic IT helped troubleshoot an issue I was having with our router which resulted in needing a new one. The process was simple and everything was transferred to the new router without any hiccups! I definitely recommend these guys for your IT needs!

When you hire a vendor from a Google search, you never know how it will go. Am happy to review TeamLogic because not only did I get great service, at budget but these guys are genuinely great human beings and interested in truly helping your company. Scott & Daniel came in for work in my senior living community, worked around staff and residents without any disruptions to their day, finished days earlier than projected and at the price quoted. That’s certainly rare these days when you get all three from a vendor. Will certainly use them exclusively for any IT project. They are that good.

Great! and I mean great IT service solutions. I was in a crunch with another IT provider that dropped out on me and Scott and Daniel step up and got the job done very quickly and in a moments notice. they were able to work with me and get the price within my budget and as a start-up business every penny counts and they helped me achieve that. they also are very quick to respond. I had an issue with my internet provider that I though was something with their equipment (I was wrong, their stuff worked perfect) but still Scott showed up in less than 20 minutes to fix it hands on. Great customer service.
