I can't say enough good things about Elijah and Ben at TeamLogic IT! We needed to assess our internal security and controls and implement a new server environment. They more than exceeded our expectations with how well it works and how responsive the entire team has been. With just a few hours of work we overhauled the entire network environment with better security management and backup/recovery options. And they even took extra time to walk my employees through some printer setups and other simple tasks. Prompt, professional service. Proactive mindset. I had an issue with storage on my PC and cloud storage synching with my employees' computers. I emailed Elijah from TeamLogic IT and received an immediate response, we had a brief phone conversation to assess the issue and I was promptly connected to a knowledgeable technician, Ben. He would have been available to help right then if my need was urgent, but it was not and we decided to schedule a time for the next day. Ben called at the arranged time, remotely accessed my computer and was able to diagnose and solve the issue quickly. He and Elijah also provided some proactive advice on future IT needs and we will be working together to do some advanced planning in order to properly budget, yet they were always professional and respectful and never attempted to oversell me. I trust TeamLogic IT and would highly recommend them.

Elijah Anderson, Principal of TeamLogic IT, prepped our Board of Directors a week before our meeting with an outstanding jargon free 8 page memo on cyber security issues and best practices. Then he zoom conferenced with the Board providing excellent advice while never trying to sell or oversell his company's services. He was unusually effective and helpful.
