HELP DESK

Our Help Desk operates much like a first responder—quickly and effectively helping our customers with issues that are technical, operational and/or administrative. Typical tasks include creating service tickets, managing technician scheduling, ordering parts, administering/securing Local Area Networks and a variety of other duties. If you are friendly, have a technical background and enjoy problem solving on the fly, you'll enjoy the Help Desk!
