As we brought on a new advisor there were many issues I was responsible for - most of which I had no prior experience or knowledge on. I reached out about a month ago to get the ball rolling and although TeamLogic doesn't specialize in Domain Transfers, they were willing to help as much as they could. I have no experience with domain registrars, DNS records, etc but I leaned on TeamLogic to help me through this process. We were able to successfully get our new advisor up and running on day 1 - accomplishing many of the tasks ahead of schedule with minimal hiccups. Miles at TeamLogic often comes to help us with IT issues. He consistently goes above and beyond to serve us. We can count on him to do his best to fix whatever needs to be fixed. TeamLogic hires great employees who have great customer service skills. I’ve never had a bad experience with the team at TeamLogic. Miles always gets back to me in a reasonable time manner, or gets online to help me out, or if he needs to and is able to come, he’ll come to the office to fix an urgent issue we might have. One of our top clients needed one of our specialized printers to work and the company we bought it from wouldn't come fix it in the time we needed it repaired. Miles came out the same day I requested it and went above and beyond to problem solve, and fixed it the same day. I highly recommend TeamLogic.

The staff at TeamLogic IT in the Parkville Area is fantastic! My laptop got some really bad malware that I couldn't remove and I'm fairly tech savvy. I contacted them and within an hour they had me back up and running. A great team and excellent customer service!

Dylan did a great job of making the transition to my new computer seamless. They also have an affordable off-site back up system which I signed up for, too. We just used TeamLogic for our it needs at Enhance Your Art, Very professional work, all of their appointments were kept on time, communicating was excellent, installers were clean and work was high quality! Team Logic only sold me what I needed and did not try to sell us anymore that that, pricing was more than reasonable. I just don't think you could have it done any better! Very Pleased!

TeamLogic IT were terrific to work with, responsive and flexible to our business needs. When our own IT staff were unable to to travel due to the pandemic, TeamLogic IT aided us and became a local extension of our IT team.
