What life saver! My PC went down and had to be replaced. HP could not help so I turned to the real time real pros. All of my data was recovered quickly, and it took longer to set up a new computer than it actually took to upload my once lost but now found files data. You saved me a ton of time and headaches. I was in need of a quick rebuild of one of my office PC's. TeamLogic IT was highly recommended to me by an associate. I had contacted them via email with the issues I was experiencing and was contacted immediately. We had a discussion via phone, set up a time to drop off my PC (as this saved some time) and was contacted earlier than expected by the technician, notifying me the PC was ready to be picked up. The issues were discussed with me in layman's terms and explained what was done to repair them. I had noticed a small display issue and sent an email......surprise, I was contacted on a Saturday and it was quickly adjusted. I mentioned that the issue could wait until Monday as I never expected that I would be contacted on Saturday and was told that it would be addressed at that moment, and it was. I highly recommend TeamLogic IT for their quick response, expedient service, professionalism and a knowledgeable and polite team. I would also highly recommend enlisting a monthly check-up service with them to ensure that everything is up to date (anti-virus updates, drivers, etc.) on your hardware. Thank you Team Logic! I appreciate the quick response.
