When it was time to hire an IT company to take care of my business, the main things I was looking for were people I could trust and quality of service. I have lost so much time in the past working with IT personnel that were not reliable, until I finally took the chance with Teamlogic. I have hired them for my business and they take care of all my technology needs. They have changed my work life for the better. I can now focus on making sales, instead of worrying about technology. By hiring them it is like having a team of technicians monitoring our systems 24/7, I will never have to come into the office in the morning and face technical issues.

I own and operate a large real estate investment firm and for many years I have been managing our own IT infrastructure in house. Things changed after a recent emergency backup situation. I had to urgently find a company to help us with no time to spare or to do research so I had to relay on a referral from a business associate, and I was very pleased. I must say I never write reviews but the immediate help I got and the high level of customer service had to be acknowledged. After this experience I realized that I was spending too much time worrying about IT issues instead of running my business. As of 2 months ago we transferred full control of our IT infrastructure to Teamlogic IT and it has been great, 0 issues in the office and 0 aggravation for me. I would definitely recommend to any business owner with technology needs.

I found Teamlogic IT through Google and while having a computer emergency, I decided to try them out. I am a real estate agent and my laptop contains many years worth of client files. I had a message pop on my lap top that read “Back up your files immediately to prevent information loss, and then contact the computer manufacturer to determine if you need to repair or replace disk”. When I called them, Isaac, the owner came to the rescue right away. I brought my laptop over to their office and Isaac took care of everything in order to make sure my computer and files were safe. I was relieved from the possible disaster that could have occurred. Their level of guidance and attention is rare to find here in Miami, and I HIGHLY recommend them.
