I had an issue with logging in into my computer so I called Mike. He explained why I will need a recovery key otherwise someone will need to come in on site to help. Mike always has answers and is quick.

I had an old 3 1/2" floppy, and of course no old computer with a disc drive for it. Mike took it home, opened it, and sent me the files on it through DropBox. And all that for no charge! KUDOS!!!
