Tony Glowacki Owner

Tony started his career developing some of the first applications based on relational database technologies. From there he moved on to be a decision maker in decisions like buy verse build, in-house verse outsource, implementor of the full suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications, and on to be an entrepreneur of a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution based on big data and analytics. Along the way, evolved the back-end data architecture for this service from a home-grown server setup, to a data center and finally to the cloud. Now as an owner of a TeamLogic IT franchise, he enjoys being at the center of innovation as it relates to cybersecurity, business continuity, and business IT strategy. Like many leading-edge technology echo systems, the journey to mastering these environments is greatly enhanced by working with a trusted advisor. Having spent many years working with organizations in diverse markets with varied missions, clients can rely on this experience to assist with all things IT.

In his spare time, Tony is developing his guitar playing skills to have a little fun with his son George. He is also an avid golfer and dedicated to an active lifestyle that includes having ridden his bicycle all over the US and in Europe, participated in multiple triathlons, run many local races and finally did a marathon!

Technicians

George Glowacki Lead Technician

George brings a thoughtful people first approach to working with technology. He started working with technology supporting a fast-growing technology company with multiple locations and a large work from home component, providing help desk services to employees of the company. He is well versed in identifying issues from the simple login problems to the more complex, involving networks and operating systems. He expanded this early experience to include working to define a technology logistics operation that configured, delivered and provided ongoing support for employee information technology resources across the company. He continues today to expand his technology experience. He is actively working on expanding expertise in the areas of cloud applications and security operations.

In his spare time, George is an accomplished musician. He has written and produced his own music that can be found on Apple Music and Spotify. He also supports the musical composition efforts for the film works of the GlowMedia Project. Along with these performance related activities, George applies his technology expertise to build, modify, and restore guitar amplifiers.
