Three Microsoft applications (Outlook, TEAMS, OneDrive) weren't connecting to the server and wouldn't operate correctly. Addy worked through various scenario's that should have corrected the problem but didn't. His last resort was to reinstall my profile, which worked! Addy was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my issue with connecting to the server and made the situation bearable while he worked and gave me assurance that he would get it fixed.
