I am writing this specific to the TeamLogic IT franchise that provides services to us. Like with any managed services, you get most outbound of it by being actively involved with the provider. The team that met so far are excellent in their areas of expertise and many of them can wear multiple hats which really is a huge plus. One of things that ca improve is being more proactive to bring ideas to make the infrastructure more resilient. Again, it is collaborative effort and clients like us need to be actively engaged. Overall, I am happy.

I called Eric and his team in the morning with an issue with my digital x-ray unit, on the IT side of things. It was crucial to us to get our computer back up and running. Within an hour we had one of his team members out to help us with our issue. He was courteous, and explained everything to me, in simple terms. After a few hours in the office, the tech continued to work on our issue remotely, as to not disturb our business. We had our machine up and running before the end of the day.
