I am sending you a note this evening to thank Kyle as part of the TeamLogic IT team assigned to my company.  Kyle has been ready willing and able to help meet my IT needs and those of my team.  That was fully on display this evening.  I called Kyle about 7PM when I had a problem with my server.  He answered my call.  Then he tried to trouble shoot the issue by telephone and when that didn’t work he actually came to my office and resolved the issue  - all after hours on a Friday.  I couldn’t be more pleased with his service and the services he provided on behalf of TeamLogic IT.  Kyle most definitely went above and beyond what he would have needed to do.  He demonstrated all of the characteristics of one dedicated to service of the customer for which I am grateful.  Thank you!!!
