Denise posseses 28+ years as a Chief Operating Officer. Denise completed a MHA Degree (think MBA with a Healthcare Emphasis). Denise's posseses 35+ years IT Project Management experience across multiple industries. Denise focused on IT Project Management while employed as an Administrative Officer by a U.S. Veteran’s Administration Medical Center – one of seventeen Medical Center Flagships of Excellence across the nation. Denise and associated teams, provided IT & Overall Project Management oversight. For example, and not limited to business, IT and clinical procurements for medical clinics in separate cities. Her focus-maintained alignment with all-encompassing VA Strategic Goals. Additional responsibilities included creating job descriptions, completing background checks on medical leadership human resources, assigning IT equipment, creating Credentials, User Rules and Policies for various positions and departmental needs.

Denise's professional career includes practicing Dental Technology in a Prosthodontics Dental Clinic for 28-years. She was the COO. The successful clinic served a 16-county rural area. She held Certifications in 3 of 5 Dental Technology Specialties, Administered Dental X-Rays, and Coronal Polishing.

While pursuing a master’s degree, Denise was the Executive Admin to a General Manager at an Intercontinental Hotel Group hotel. Her favorite responsibility was configuring OPERA Software. As a credit to Denise’s attention to detail, the hotel ranks #1 in ADR to this day.

Denise worked as a Probate Legal Assistant for a Law Firm with 6 Attorneys. Present day, the Legal Assistant work was instrumental in her present day career success.

Ken Blackwell

Ken is an entrepreneur who started a software company named Bristol Technology, Inc. Ken owned and operated Bristol Technology for 20 years then sold it to Hewlett Packard (herein, HP), in 2007. Bristol was an award-winning software company that made the Inc 500 (back when it was the Inc 500, not today's Inc 5000.) 
Ken was named Entrepreneur of the Year in Southern New England. Bristol was ranked #1 on the Connecticut Fast50. For the next 10 years, Ken was Chief Technology Officer (herein, CTO) of Dell’s Software Group. Ken held the position of Chief Architect at Computer Associates. Ken was also a CTO of HP’s Software Group. However, Ken was frustrated that enterprise companies only serviced large customers with lots of money. The enterprise companies focused less on helping the small- medium-sized companies (herein, SMBs) leverage technology to improve outcomes.
Present day, Ken loves working with SMB owners who understand that IT provides a competitive advantage. Ken’s role for TeamLogic IT of Charleston, SC is as a Chief Information Officer (herin, CIO). Ken provides consultations for IT strategies that meet 21st century security, compliance, network and cloud requirements to drive IT performance, workforce productivity, and yield the best Return on Investment. No business owner wants to waste time or money.
Ken propounds the following about TeamLogic IT. TeamLogic IT fills the gaps between:
- the very large IT Managed Services Providers like IBM, CA, HP, Accenture, etc.) that focus on large enterprises with tens of millions to spend and armies of staff to keep their IT running as expected.

Ken has been an Adjunct Professor of Information Technology at Laurel Ridge Community College since 2018. Ken teaches classes in IT management and software development.
Ken holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from National Technological University in Fort Collins, Colorado. A Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University. Also, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Millsaps College, Jackson, Mississippi.
