We brought on TeamLogic in the midst of an ownership change for our company. From an IT perspective, this was an extremely complex and challenging operation, requiring moving myriad systems and large amounts of data from one company's IT environment to another, all while ensuring nothing was broken along the way that would comprise continuity of operations. TeamLogic was given an extremely tight, barely practical window of time to complete this operation. Ultimately, they did a fantastic job of coordinating with resources from both companies, and executed the transition by the prescribed deadline with as little disruption to operations as could have possibly been expected. Pulling this off demonstrated fantastic attention to detail, ability to communicate, and general IT know-how on TeamLogic's part. Post transition, TeamLogic has remained on with our company to handle general recurring IT support, including security/monitoring, hardware/software management, help desk support, etc. Thus far everything is going well on that front, with extremely quick response time on all requests and successful resolution of all issues that have been raised.
