We are very happy with Charles / Teamlogic IT. We are a cutomer service company and need immediate resolutions. Charles has provided several easy avenues to get help and resolution. He was very transparent when we were inquiring about the service, and we do NOT get nickel and dimed. They have a team that helps one another to provide solutions to tough issues and results in a long-term fix. I think it's probably because after they fix one issue, they know what else to test, to make sure that one fix will not cause other issues. I would recommend Teamlogic IT / Charles for your business or personal IT needs.
