It is always great to work with a team that are experts in their field and actually care about client outcomes. In one instance, I watched this team work all hours of the day and night to find the solutions to a confusing IT problem caused by a third party vendor. They could have given up and said this isn't our problem, we didn't cause it, but they are not the type of people that would be able to sleep at night if they didn't do everything in their power to fix the issue. (They did end up finding the solution and made sure the client was fully satisfied with the outcome.) Outstanding.

TeamLogic has been my lifesaver since I started at my current firm. Every time I have a tech issue, Howard, Erick, and Patrick are only a quick call or email away. I've never had to wait more than maybe an hour for a response (if that) and even if they don't immediately know what's going on, they can usually figure it out pretty quickly. Even when it's something that they don't normally handle themselves, they don't stop until they figure out who can handle it and they always get issues solved for us. They set up all of our computers in the firm, they update them regularly, they do our annual backups, everything. I never have to worry about tech with TeamLogic around.
