Three Microsoft applications (Outlook, TEAMS, OneDrive) weren't connecting to the server and wouldn't operate correctly. Addy worked through various scenario's that should have corrected the problem but didn't. His last resort was to reinstall my profile, which worked! Addy was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my issue with connecting to the server and made the situation bearable while he worked and gave me assurance that he would get it fixed. These guys completely rebuilt our network and our IT communication between our main store and our warehouse. They installed multiple firewalls and switches, and setup VPN links, not to mention re-ran over 100 data drops. Highly recommend, 5-stars.

They were easy to communicate with and very responsive during the website development process. We have been working with Rick and the TeamLogicIT team for over a year now and are very pleased with the services we are being provided. We began with TeamLogicIT for some basic backup, firewall protection, and cloud storage solutions in 2016 and have since had TeamLogicIT completely setup and prep our new 50K square foot warehouse facility as well. We have worked closely with Rick, Robert, and Mike on this most recent project and have felt very well supported by the entire team. They have satisfied our needs when it comes to low voltage wiring, alarm and fire system installation, as well as phone system installation and setup. We look forward to wrapping up the construction phase of this project and moving into our new facility where we're confident they'll be our trusted IT services partner for years to come.

Our company has been using TeamLogic IT now for close to 3 years. Each year, I make sure to go out of my way to take the time and write a review for their company. I have only had overwhelmingly positive experiences since we integrated them into our business. I am able to receive detailed responses within the hour related to my question without the feeling of being spoken down to. They go out of their way to explain how the technology works and how it can or cannot benefit our company. With their expertise, it allows our company to focus on our product while knowing anything IT related can quickly be resolved with a simple email or phone call. If they say they can fix it, build it, or repair it, they absolutely can and will.
