She has a strong background in consulting, education, and marketing as well as expertise in technology, which makes her unique in the IT service industry. It is with this enhanced perspective that she can focus on her clients'' needs and goals. Mrs. Licitra received her BA from The University of Iowa and is an Iowa native but has lived in Temecula since 2008. Janet enjoys spending time with her husband and 19-year-old twin daughters out by the pool.
Allen Licitra is an experienced IT professional with over 30 years of hands‑on technical leadership. He brings deep expertise in strategic planning, cloud architecture, and security, with extensive experience across Microsoft and AWS platforms, including Azure and Amazon Web Services. His core specialties include cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and advanced analytics. Allen is dedicated to helping small businesses stay focused on delivering value by removing technology as a distraction. He frequently serves as a trusted advisor and operates as a virtual CIO, guiding business owners through technology strategy, risk management, and growth initiatives. He holds numerous certifications across Microsoft and AWS technologies and maintains a strong working knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Allen earned both his BA and MBA from Lake Forest College in Illinois. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and visiting wineries in sunny Southern California.

Skilled in threat detection, log analysis, and incident escalation, with a strong understanding of SIEM tools, endpoint security, and security best practices. Alonso's skills include analytical thinking, clear communication, and a proactive approach to reducing risk and strengthening organizational security posture.

Skilled in troubleshooting common hardware, software, and network issues while delivering responsive, customer-focused service. Known for clear communication, strong documentation, and the ability to escalate issues efficiently to ensure minimal downtime and client satisfaction.
James has extensive experience in managed service provider (MSP) environments, supporting diverse client infrastructures across multiple industries. Skilled in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex network solutions including routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking, and hybrid environments. Proven ability to lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and deliver secure, scalable, and highly available network architectures.
