The problem was solved with a short 10 minute call from TeamLogic. Our company allows TeamLogic to log in remotely to work to resolve issues related to our service tickets. I was only needed to print a couple of test sheets to make sure that the issue was resolved.

To Whom it May Concern: I am a senior with limited knowledge about computers and technology. When I have worked with other technology support teams in the past, they would talk to me in ways that went completely over my head, making it difficult for me to even ask an intelligent question. I worked with Eddy from TeamLogic and found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and capable. He successfully resolved issues on two of my computers very quickly. Plus, he was friendly, helpful, and able to speak to me about the work that needed to be done in ways that were easy for me to understand.
