Team Logic IT always answers my call and they always solve my issue. 10/10

The problem was solved with a short 10 minute call from TeamLogic. Our company allows TeamLogic to log in remotely to work to resolve issues related to our service tickets. I was only needed to print a couple of test sheets to make sure that the issue was resolved.

I'm very pleased with the service- always professional and timely.
