Before becoming a business owner, I spent more than 25 years as a Talent Acquisition executive, working with Fortune 500 and high-growth organizations during critical periods of scale and transformation. Companies such as Scholastic Book Fairs, Assurant, Cox Enterprises, ADP, Change Healthcare, and most recently UnitedHealth Group. These experiences shaped how I approach leadership and problem-solving today.
I’ve spent my career operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution; designing systems that scale, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes. Across industries including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and professional services, I saw firsthand how technology can either enable growth or become a barrier when it’s misaligned, under-governed, or reactive. Those lessons now guide my work with TeamLogic IT.
My approach is consultative and proactive: understanding a client’s business first, then designing IT, cybersecurity, and support strategies that align with their goals, not just their current issues. I’m particularly passionate about working with growing small and mid-sized businesses at pivotal moments, when complexity is increasing, risk is rising, and leadership needs a trusted partner rather than a break-fix vendor.
