Darlene Hazell-Sam migrated to the US from the Caribbean. She first settled New York, then New Jersey, and is currently living in Florida where she has been for the past fifteen years.
Before starting TeamLogic IT as a Franchise Owner, she started her career in the printing industry in New York. Along the way she earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and eventually joined a franchise in Florida as the Office Manager. She was responsible for HR, accounts payables and receivables, inventory, budgets and customer service. This gave her a strong understanding of business operations and how to achieve excellent client services.
Outside of the office, she enjoys all things horror related. Learning about new cultures via travel is also a well enjoyed adventure that she shares with her husband of over 20 years and two children.
William “Hank” Lambert serves as the Senior Solutions Engineer at the Maitland office. He brings an extensive background in network and server administration, network engineering and design, and managed services support, starting with Windows NT 4.0 back in 1998. Over the years he has worked in various industries including broadcast, entertainment, and both private and government defense aerospace. William “Hank” Lambers is a USAF veteran and a combat veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
In his off time, he enjoys flying his drones and remote-control airplanes and photography. He is also a licensed amateur radio operator and enjoys talking to and meeting people all over the world.
