I own a local Optical business and 2 weeks ago we were having serious phone and internet connection problems. Our computers were so, so slow. We had calls dropping every day, and our phone lines had so much static, people were abandoning their phone calls because they simply could not hear us. It was so frustrating and beginning to affect our business. Josh from Team Logic came over to our location on 521 Main St. and checked things out. He let us explain the issues and what we had already done to troubleshoot. After that, he had a look around and was quickly able to pinpoint our problem. He directed us to replace a switch board that was connected to our phones and computers. He was very helpful. We replaced the switch board and have not had any problems since. Phones & internet both working great. A couple days after, Mark, the owner, stopped by to follow-up with us and make sure everything was still going well. It left a great impression.
