Lan holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Every business needs IT to work, that part's the baseline. What Lan brings is everything after that: 20+ years managing enterprise infrastructure, including a $1M+ budget he oversaw personally, and the kind of judgment that only comes from handling high-stakes systems for a long time. At TeamLogic IT Bloomington, Lan leads every technical engagement personally, so your team gets to stop thinking about technology and start building with it.

CJ Smith Owner

With a background in leadership, business development, and client relationships, CJ focuses on helping business owners and executive teams navigate their technology with confidence, from strategic decisions to security, implementation, and getting back up and running when disaster strikes. He believes IT should support business goals, reduce risk, and make your team more efficient so work gets easier, not harder, letting leaders focus on serving their clients. That relational approach traces back to his days at North Dakota State University, where he served as team captain, won five national championships, and went on to play in the NFL. CJ currently lives in Minneapolis with his wife and two kids.
