Everyone I encountered at TeamLogic IT were really friendly and productive, making my experience exceptional. I definitely recommend this business for its superb service and kind employees. I mostly deal with Charles. He addresses my concerns fast. Sometimes it's necessary to stay on the phone while he resolves my issue; he is pleasant to speak with for the duration of the conversation. Charles understands my busy schedule so when I need him to, he uses my computer remotely to complete his tasks. The company always works around my schedule making it very convenient for me.
