I came in with a completely dead desktop computer that would have exhibited the blue screen of death if I could even get it to turn on, but it was a complete door stop. When I left, I had what seemed like a brand new computer and the technician was able to save all of the contents on the hard drive and copy that onto an external hard drive, in case it happened again. I recommend TeamLogic IT with no reservations and would not hesitate to take my other computers there, if needed in the future.

Feeling very grateful for Kassahun and Team Logic IT as they were able to take what seemed to be a dead in the water printer and bring it back to life. I literally dropped it off and then had a call back within 30 minutes asking me to come and pick it up. Apparently the drum head needed to be cleaned. Saved me from ditching a perfectly good printer.
