To Whom it May Concern: I am a senior with limited knowledge about computers and technology. When I have worked with other technology support teams in the past, they would talk to me in ways that went completely over my head, making it difficult for me to even ask an intelligent question. I worked with Eddy from TeamLogic and found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and capable. He successfully resolved issues on two of my computers very quickly.
