I was struggling to access basic computer services (e.g., WORD) on a new computer. The software had transferred but, for some reason, with a "view only" limit. I couldn't write, edit, enter, etc. Called TeamLogic (which works with BEF) and fortuitously connected with Aubrey Taylor. He was amazingly patient with both by feckless machine and my hugely frustrated self, never got discouraged (although he expressed periodic astonishment at my machine's gymnastics), and eventually --- after an hour's labors -- was able to gain software access (no thanks to MicroSoft, however). He even stuck around to clean up some screen debris that had accumulated in the struggle. I told him to take the rest of the day off; I'd make it okay with his boss (he didn't). I'm giving Aubrey the IT AWARD OF EXCELLENCE for his work today. Above and beyond . . .
