James brings over 20 years of IT experience. He has held roles at all levels within the life sciences and Pharmaceutical industry. In addition to his years of experience James has a B.S. in Computer Science and Information systems from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. My philosophy is very simple, I want to help businesses with their technology needs by reducing costs, improving efficiencies, and most importantly eliminating the stress that sometimes technology can have on a business owner. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife Johanna, their boys, Nicolas, Matthew, Stephen, and Michael.
Randy Michaels is a Support Engineer for TeamLogic IT with more than 10 years’ experience in the Enterprise IT field. He has a background working with IT systems within retail, school, and MSP facilities, as well as time spent in the fast-paced medical field. He specializes in Microsoft and Google environments, and further experience including Android and Apple based products. Outside of work he enjoys enthusiast PC building, gaming with his son, and outdoor activities.
Nick graduated from Stockton University in May 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in computer information Systems and Minor in Business studies and has been working here since. He hopes to complete his certification for MS 365 and Google Cloud over the next few months. Outside of work Nick enjoys fishing and spending time with his dog Sailor.
Graduated Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in information technology and a minor in Computer Science. Has 4 years of IT experience. Currently studying for the CompTIA A+ certification as well as the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. Skills I learned on the job: hardware and software fixes, Microsoft Office Suite, Backup Management, Computer setups, printers, Enjoys going to the gym, hanging out with friends, traveling, and trying new foods.
