Unfortunately we were unable to resolve my printing /scanning issue. Not entirely sure but seems to be an issue with the Microsoft surface The Kirk company has given me to use. As far as I know it is a relatively new device, it just won't communicate with the Kirk terminal server . It was pleasure to work with Brian Moon. And I am sorry i.dont recall the other person I spoke with. I don't hide the fact that I am pretty much a techological idiot. Your team did not make me feel that way. I had a terrific experience with Gabriel Martin at Team Logic today. He was extremely patient as we worked through several setbacks until we identified and resolved my issue. He was very knowledgeable and understood why I was having a problem quickly. He waited on hold for a long while as I hunted down the information we needed to fix my connection issue. When I didn't quite understand what I needed to do he explained it a couple of different ways until I understood and could fulfill his request. And most importantly, an issue I had bee struggling with for over a month is now resolved. Thank you Gabriel!

This team has been so phenomenal with helping take things off my plate. As a smaller nonprofit it can be tough to prioritize IT demands and having TeamLogic in our corner takes so much of the stress of that away!
