i recently was assisted by Aidan at Team Logic. And in all honesty i put off calling because i didn't want to wait on the phone while someone tried to figure out my problem. But actually he figured out my problem and fixed it literally by the time i finished explaining it!!! He remoted on to my computer fixing it and asking me if there was anything else he could do!! it was fantastic!!! thank you! i will never put off calling again!! :)

Our company switched to TeamLogic IT over 3 years ago. They have been able to successfully assist with multiple projects including an entire office move and server replacements. Keeping up with our team across the US in different time zones can be a challenge, but TeamLogic IT is always very responsive and helpful.

TeamLogicIT has been our IT company for a little over three months and they have been awesome to work with. They are prompt and helpful. I highly recommend Team Logic for all of your computer, service, etc needs. This company has been handling our technology needs for a few years. When an issue arises, I call, and within minutes an order is generated by this company with a follow up phone call from them within a very short period of time. Even during COVID, I ran across issues with my laptop. I sent an email stating what I needed to be taken care of, Team Logic generated an order, one of their reps called and within 30 minutes my issues were resolved. This was just one example of this companies professional way of doing business. If I was to rate this company, I would rate them 10 stars.
