I could not be happier with our IT services from the TeamLogic IT group in Niles, IL. We've set up contract services with them and they are on top of our concerns and problems in no time. Mayank Patel and his team are so quick in taking care of our requests, it's like having in-house IT professionals. They are also super proactive in keeping us ahead of the curve in all things IT (security, updated software and hardware, cloud computing, etc.). And something really nice about ALL the people we work with from this location...they are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. They talk to you in layman's terms or explain everything. Today I had a problem w/ my computer and was panicking that I might have been hacked. I was referred to Team Logic IT of Niles by a friend. I initially spoke w/ Mayank (the owner). He was great! He had Vince follow up with me. Vince got my problem solved quickly - and for a reasonable price. It's great to talk w/ tech whizzes that are patient, through and can explain things clearly to someone technologically challenged - like me! Team Logic IT of Niles is in my "Favorites" on my phone. They are now my "go to" tech team! I give them my highest recommendation!

I had the pleasure of working with the Niles team of TeamLogic IT for the past two years. They helped me find good solutions to my existing infrastructure and cleaning up some of the things I wasn't an expert at and also helped me design a roadmap for infrastructure for the future.
