TeamLogic IT Baltimore is outstanding! Last week my computer kept freezing and showing “Not Responding” after almost every command. I couldn’t get through an email or even a simple spreadsheet input without it locking up for a minute or two. Keegan jumped in right away, troubleshot the issue, and had me fully up and running again within 30 minutes. We have team logic it to help us with computers and software issues without team logic I always seem to get myself in trouble on the computer I'm new at it so team logic comes behind me and helps me out it's a great company they do a lot for us and the most amazing thing about this company is they always are there for you if you have a problem you call within one hour they get back to you I suggest anybody out there call team logic you know it's a company that will help you and I should know all the time about this because I always seem like I said to get myself in trouble on these computers but team logic saves my **** I wanna thanks you and thank the technician for fixing my laptop and until next time thanks again Adam

My ThinkPad laptop computer I use for business purposes works so reliability and with such satisfaction that I rarely need IT support. When I do, which is only a few times per year at most, TeamLogicIT is my troubleshooting solution. My issues are seldom urgent but they always treat them as though they are. They get back to me and link into my computer and I-phone if needed to quickly understand and begin tackling my issues. I do not claim to be the most technology savvy person, and although more often than not my issues are self-induced, TeamLogicIT treats me with the same courtesy and respect as if I had no hand in the issue whatsoever. Today I was assisted by Chris Maurer. He stuck with me for an extended period, pausing for research as necessary, and got everything sorted successfully. I was quicly back operating at maximum efficiency. TeamLogicIT has always left me with the impression that they enjoy solving user problems, the more difficult the better. Thank you TeamLogicIT!
