I work as the office manager for a small business where most of our IT was being done by the President and Owner. We finally bit the bullet and hired Team Logic IT to outsource our IT problems with. Each of our employees has the ability to create a ticket from their computer which is answered right away (in most cases) from someone from Team Logic. It frees up time to run the business without interruption from us trying to google and diagnose problems we most likely don't have the answers for anyways. Highly recommend! Oh, and they're all very nice, polite, and KNOWLEDGABLE! They'll solve your problem.

Any time I have had a problem it get's handled relatively quickly and an accompanying explanation or phone conversation clears up any questions. I have only had a few occasions where I needed help, so my experience with the support group is limited. These people are very responsive and give feedback in a timely manner. I would recommend them to any of my professional relations.

Team Logic has been very helpful in taking care of our computer needs when one stopped working and a couple days later we needed to replace a couple computers due to Windows 11 update. We signed up for their monthly service, and it is so reassuring knowing we have someone to contact when we have questions or issues. They respond quickly and take care of the problem.
