Sam, originally from Cairo, Egypt, moved to New York in 1979, and has been in the IT industry since 1998. Since his hiring at Cablevision in 2001, Sam climbed the ladder from a lab engineer to his most recent position as director of system integration. He has managed a team of 25 associates focused on process improvements; managing multiple test environments; and coordinated troubleshooting efforts between tests, application support and development groups to drive prompt resolution.
