This review is about Bruno and Brian. After a dozen years of being a client of Brian's former company, TechSmiths, I now see him as a leader who is knowledgable and continually learning, who is confident in themselves, one who whose company you feel at ease in. Bruno has those same qualities. I experienced Bruno’s technical and personal ability in quickly resolving an issue resulting from a careless click. My relief was palpable, especially as a dear friend's business was being destroyed, in slow motion, by hackers. He and his business are in Europe, and the tech help he has found to date failed to fix the issue; once they assure him it is fixed, it actually just sleep, only to emerge even more empowered. Bruno described how the hackers start, first with fear, then the snare, the weak spot that gives them access. TeamLogic is well aware of the damage an AI-empowered hacker from the 'dark web' can do, they can build resilient networks and protect their clients.
