Steven, a U.S. Army veteran, lives with his wife and two children in northeast Georgia and has been a part of the Johns Creek community for the past 6 years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Grand Canyon University and has more than a decade of sales management and consulting experience in the technology industry. After an honorable discharge from the Army, Steven worked for Xerox as a strategic account manager. He later entered the telecommunications industry and was involved in the technical and managerial aspects of the merger between T-Mobile and Sprint. Most recently Steven worked with hundreds of school districts and government agencies in Georgia to navigate through the challenges of security and remote technology. He led programs and partnerships to connect over 25,000 underprivileged students in Georgia with internet connectivity while schools were shut down during COVID–19.
