Spencer was extremely helpful with a difficult situation. She was always polite and treated me well, even when I was befuddled and anxious. She always spoke in a kind, steady, gentle way which helped to calm me when we ran into difficulties. She did not give up on my need and it was finally resolved! Although the issue didn't get resolved the first time, it was with a newly hired tech who was also very friendly and professional. I believe he just had a little less knowledge then the second tech who assisted on the second day. I find TeamLogic's staff to always be friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
