We use TeamLogic for our company and are very satisfied with the level of support that we receive. They have helped our company to grow. The staff at TeamLogic are very accommodating and have much patience while working with us, especially in our fast-paced line of work. All employees are very helpful and informative when rolling out a new security protocol or product. Patrick came out and helped me streamline the IT in our office as well as switch over from windows to Mac. He worked efficiently and got everything we needed done. The follow up was excellent as we found some spyware that needed remedying. Sunil and Patrick are very responsive and ensured we were satisfied with the work done. I can't say enough about this company! I wish I had found them before spending many, many hours helping a relative (unsuccessfully) sort out her issues. A team Logic rep came to the home and spent about 2 hours getting all Apple devices working perfectly together. I would never have figured it out. On top of other issues, there have been some changes with AOL/Verizon that have created some glitches. The technician also helped with resetting passwords, and gave a few hints to make other things easier in the future. His visit was followed up by two calls to make sure everything was running properly. Everyone was patient with our lack of computer savvy, and everyone in the company is extremely professional and courteous. I am comfortable referring this company to my friends and relatives. We signed on with TeamLogic IT as our contract IT Service about 5 months ago. Moving from one IT contractor to the next could have been a messy situation, but our experience was almost seamless. SOLVED THE ISSUE QUICKLY - WHEN OTHER COMPANIES COULDN'T!!!!!!! Our sign company was pulling out our hair for a month with our VOIP and internet dropping out randomly. Drove us all insane and we lost a LOT of business. After a month of ongoing visits from other IT companies and Comcast, nothing was resolved. The techs would come for hours and be stumped. We have a lot of equipment like routers and printers. We replaed switches, routers, wiring, ran netowrk monitoring and NOBODY COULD FIGURE IT OUT. Within 21 minutes, Chuck at TeamLogic was on to something. WIthin the 2 hours he was able to figure our CNC machine had restarted and shared the same IP as our router causing all sorts of issues. We are so glad to be back in business thanks Chuck, getting you a Turkey for Thanksgiving mate!!!!
